Basics : Physical fitness training, duties, responsibilities and performance of guarding personnel,
conduct in public, correct wearing of uniform, alertness, courtesy, obedience, mannerism, badges
of rank in police and militray force, right to private defense, filing FIR and benefit of PF, ESIC & LWF
Trade related : Handling different type of security like reception, gate, store, factory, residence,
hotel, mall, bank, ATM, cash in transit, etc., patrolling premises, search procedures, handing &
taking over procedure, register maintenance & log book, handling of keys, handling CCTV, metal
detector, breath analyser & other security instruments, examining identification papers and report
writing for supervisor and above post.
Emergency : First aid, fire prevention & control, crisis response and disaster management.

Pre - Deployment Activities

Before undertaking any assignment, the AFIL Group’s operations team conducts a detailed site visit to survey and assess the security requirements of the client’s premises. This survey helps in analyzing the location, risks, and specific security needs of the site. Based on the findings of the survey report, a customized security setup is carefully designed for the premises. A comprehensive set of post and site instructions is then prepared, which includes the charter of duties for security personnel, identification of the client’s pain points, expectations from the security staff, emergency response procedures, and other relevant operational details. These instructions are developed in close consultation with the client to ensure clarity, effectiveness, and alignment with their security expectations.

Post - Deployment Activities

Supervision, rotation, and surprise checks form an integral part of our security management process. Security personnel are regularly supervised by area officers and area managers through scheduled and surprise site visits conducted during both day and night hours. In addition to routine supervision, senior executives also carry out random surprise inspections to ensure strict adherence to security protocols and performance standards.

Beyond physical inspections, we utilize a dedicated mobile application installed on our guards’ devices, enabling remote monitoring of their movement and activities. Guard attendance is fully automated through time- and location-based punching, ensuring accuracy and transparency. During the pandemic, this remote monitoring system provided a significant advantage by allowing continuous supervision without the need for physical site visits.

To maintain professionalism and prevent over-familiarity, security personnel are rotated preferably every twelve months or as per client requirements. Staff transfers are carried out in the interest of security, ensuring impartiality and maintaining a disciplined and effective security environment.
